64 bit SDK in windows 8

I am facing the same issue even with the new SDK. Can anyone please tell what might be wrong.

Can you provide a little more detail about the specific problem you are having? For example, are you testing code in the API's native C, or using a language wrapper? Are you having trouble running scripts in the SDKtool? What operating system and development environment are you using?
