Solar data - program does not run

Well, this is getting confused.
Why should I check the weather data, if it actually is given in the list from SAM, so it should be correct? For example, I use the data
MI Muskegon.tm2
and it does not work.

I installed again, but its the same.

Well, now I tried the same SAM in Windows PC from a friend. It works.
Conclusion: all these problems are created by the Linux.
