more than the Maximum turbine operation Power

Hello Paul,
Please help me check why there are some electrical output power(gross)(picture1) more than the setting the maximum the turbine gross output(shown as  picture2), when we have set the value "Maximum turbine over design operation=1"(shown as picture3).

Picture1: PC electrical power output: gross(MWe)
Picture2: Design turbine gross output
Picture3: Maximum turbine over deisgn operation
