Hello,

Please attach an example of a .csv file you are trying use if you would like me to help troubleshoot.

Best regards,
Paul.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your files.

The .nc file is a binary file that SAM does not recognize.

The .csv file appears to contain time series data. I can't tell from the column headings exactly what the data is.

To use the data with SAM's Marine Energy Wave model, you will have to reformat the data into the format described under "Time Series Format for Wave Energy Resource Data" in the Help topic "CSV Format for Marine Energy:" samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/weather_format_csv_marine_energy.html .

Best regards,
Paul.

Hello,

The link in my previous post is to the SAM Help topic that describes the file formats for wave resource data that SAM's Marine Energy Wave model requires. You will need to manually convert your data to match the format description.

Best regards,
Paul.

Thanks.  Besides that is there a data size limit for SAM?
