Integrating Diesel generator to standalone PV+Battery

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please advise, how to integrate a Diesel generator to a PV+Battery standalone system. This need is arising for supply of electrical power on round the clock basis to an isolated consumer not connected to any grid. PV+Battery is used for fossil fuel saving.
