Download latest SAM.exe version - Error Message: VCRUNTIME140_1.dll not found was created by Carlos Mayer
Dear SAM Team,
After downloading the program, even several times, I was not able to start the program because of the following sam.exe System error: "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." .... but it didn't! Please advise what to do. Thanks!

Hi Carlos,
Please see this post for a workaround solution:
sam.nrel.gov/forum/forum-general/3265
I have also added that information to the installation instructions to the Download page: sam.nrel.gov/download.html .
Best regards,
Paul.
