        Hi Matt,
Thank you for pointing that out. We'll try to fix it for the next version:
github.com/NREL/SAM/issues/153
Best regards,
Paul.

        If I launch SAM from a terminal, I get the following:
(sam.bin:21594): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:17:19.222: IA__gtk_widget_set_size_request: assertion 'width >= -1' failed
    (sam.bin:21594): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:17:19.222: IA__gtk_widget_set_size_request: assertion 'width >= -1' failed

        Hi Paul,
I just installed the latest version: sam-linux-2020-11-29 on Linux Mint and so far the program seems to work. The only issue is the text and spacing of things is a little wonky. I get several of the same messages as Matt Dean:
(sam.bin:2889): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 12:26:05.826: IA__gtk_widget_set_size_request: assertion 'height >= -1' failed
(sam.bin:2889): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 12:26:05.828: IA__gtk_widget_set_size_request: assertion 'height >= -1' failed
(sam.bin:2889): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 12:28:01.861: IA__gtk_range_set_range: assertion 'min < max' failed
Thanks for all the great work you guys do. If there's anything you'd like me to try out let me know.

        Hi Aaron,
This is an ongoing issue. We are doing our best to lay out user interface elements so they work across Windows, Mac, and Linux. Please let me know if you find any places where the user interface is unreadable so we can at least fix those.
The Gtk-CRITICAL errors should not prevent SAM from running, but they are annoying. Sorry we don't have the resources to address them for now.
Thanks,
Paul.

        Thanks for the quick response. In my case it might be related to the font sizes I have set for the OS. I have them set to be a little bigger than normal since I have the desktop connected to a HDTV. That is probably not very common. It's still readable, just needs some sizing adjustments. Thanks again.
