Hello,
You can download weather files for locations in the Dominican Republic from the Location and Resource page in SAM.
We are fixing a problem with the download feature, so for now you will need to use the instructions in this post to download the files:
sam.nrel.gov/node/80639
We will post a software update later this week to fix the problem.
