Location problem Europe

Dear all,

I am first time user, and simply not able to introduce the location coordinates.
Latitude 45,84 N and Longitude 25,72 E, are not accepted by the system.
What can I do?

SAM's Location Lookup feature only works for locations in the continental United States.
