Vietnam Weather Data for Solar Project

Hi,

I've tried to download Weathers data from nsrdb.nrel.gov/nsrdb-viewer but its say that data for Vietnam is not available for download.

I know other source like globalsolaratlas.info/ (WorldBank) and eosweb.larc.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/sse/retscreen.cgi?email=skip@larc.nasa.gov (NASA)

But these sources doesn't support data format to SAM so anyone can help about Vietnam's Weather Data for Solar Project. Thank you
