Could not get Weather data of Sudan

Hi ..
it is my first time to launch SAM 2017 , and i could not find my country weather file " Sudan ". I searched through the internet and i read SAM help and support pages and nothing worked !
Help please

Dear Paul,
it is really a very rich article which made me understand the weather files in SAM . But i am still facing the problem of creating my own weather file, i read the term of " Weather file convertor macro " in the article but i do not know who to deal with !
if you could help me with more instructions .
