The update has been ready for a while now, but due to some changes in web administration policies, were not able to upload the files. We are working to resolve that now, so it should really be any day.

Yes, the patch to Revision 2 of SAM 2016.3.14 should address the issue with fossil fill for the Generic CSP model. Please let me know if it appears otherwise.
