Proxy issue while registrating (error code -1)

Dear Sirs,

I'm trying to register the last version of SAM. Unfortunately I run into the following error message: "Registration failed with error code -1. Please check your internet connection."

My company is using a proxy server which I already included in the proxies section. Our proxy requires an authentication (username/password). Could this be the reason of the continuing error messages? How could I indicate the authentication in the proxy.txt file?

Dear João,

For now, SAM's proxy configuration settings do not support proxy servers that require authentication. We are looking into ways of adding that support, so perhaps that will be possible in a future version of SAM.

I am facing the same Issue about the internet connection. The only difference is I am using my home wifi and no proxy server. Please let me know how to solve this issue.
