        Hello Paul,
As I am working to feed vector of mass flow rate to SAM using PySAM, per say for each hour or minute. Can I perform this task using it? And second question is : Can I use sim_start, sim_stop or vaccum_array variables defined in PySAM to perform this task? And will this going to persist the state like if I run plant from 8 to 9 and then 9 to 10 for two different values of mass flow rate, will the state be same in both runs, I mean plant is running from 8 to 10 but with different values of mass flow rate for each hour?
Help me out with this query.
Thanks

        Hi Aryan,
Can you tell me more about what you are trying to model? What compute module(s) are you using and what specific input variables are you modifying?
Best regards,
Paul.

I am working with Physical Trough Collector Model and I want to give mass flow rate for each hour, or minute. SAM only takes maximum and minimum of it values. But I want to perform above said task, how can I do this?
Help me out!
Thanks!

        Hi Aryan,
SAM's physical trough model calculates time series mass flow rates and quantities for other system operating parameters based on the design parameter inputs you provide and the operating conditions determined by the weather file data and system component properties. It is not possible to provide time series mass flow rates as input to the model.
Best regards,
Paul.
