As part of a several year project, I had been using the 9/2013 version of the SDK to maintain continuous compatibility. I took a look today at switching to the current 2015 version, and was surprised by how much had changed in terms of variable names (specifically for the PVSAMV1 Module). I want to try to keep my work up to date with the SAM SDK, but I also of course want to avoid overhauling what I'm doing every time the SDK is updated.
So could someone please comment on the future plans for the SAM SDK? Is there a plan once development matures further to create a version that would attempt to maintain a degree of backwards compatibility?
