Hydrogen production model was created by vedikap

Hello,

I have been looking for the open source hydrogen production / electrolysis model presented in one of SAM's webinar (Hydrogen Production From Variable Renewable Energies | Presenter: Yassine Ennassiri, Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN)) on the following webpage: sam.nrel.gov/37-events/100-sam-virtual-conference-2019.html

Where can I access the model and can it be combined with current in-built SAM models? (P.S. I tried to find the open source page but it gives an error).
