where does the 'fixed monthly charge' show up on the cash flow statement? was created by schmidly
i'm using the mac os x version, and when I add a fixed monthly charge to the utility rate structure the payback doesn't change. after looking at the cash flow statement for a line item, i was unable to see where it is located. paul, can you please tell me where it's located and why it's not affecting the payback of the system? thank you, brian

Please see this forum discussion for a description of how to see the impact of the fixed monthly charge:

The "value of electricity savings" row in the project cash flow table shows the overall effect of the utility rate structure on the cash flow. That number is not broken out into the various components that contribute to it in the cash flow, but you can find details in the data table variables.
Best regards,
Paul.
