Lease Model

I thought I saw where you had included a leasing model for residential. I can't find it in the version I have. Has it been published. Is it an upgrade?
SAM does not (yet) have a third-party financing (solar lease) model for residential or commercial buildings. However, we have begun work on a new model that we plan to add to SAM later in 2015. If you have any suggestions for how you would like the model to work, please let me know. In particular:

1. 
   What kind of questions would you like to use SAM to help answer?
2. 
   What data would you have available to use in SAM as inputs (lease amount, PPA price, etc.)?
3. 
   What metrics would you like SAM to report for evaluating potential projects (net present value, etc)?
