For the residential and commercial financing options, SAM includes rows for the "After Tax Cost" and "After Tax Cash Flow" in the detailed cash flow table, which you can display by clicking Base Case Cash Flow on the Results page after running simulations.
Both rows are described in the cash flow help topic. The "after tax cost" does not include the value of energy generated by the system, which "after tax cash" does.
