The time-of-use models don't take into account daylight savings. We have to adjust the peak rates to one hour earlier because of this. It's not difficult, but I thought I would give you a heads up.
That is correct. SAM does not account for daylight savings, so if your analysis involves time-dependent pricing, you have to make adjustments to account for its effect.
