How Often Is CEC Inverter List Updated

We update the SAM inverter library with each software release, although we did not get to that for the SAM 2014.11.24 version. We will update the CEC inverter library for the January update.

The CEC database does not contain all of the parameters required by the CEC inverter model. When we update SAM's inverter library, we have to go through the database to find the missing parameters, and then find manufacturer data sheets and look up the missing parameters, and manually add them to the library. That process requires careful work and is very time-consuming. Because of our limited resources and other software development priorities, we have not been able to get this work done as frequently as we would like.
