SAM Shade Calculator and ArcGIS

I would like to use SAM shade calculator. I know I can create buildings and trees inside it. However, I used ArcGIS before and I already created building and trees in 3D. Is there any way to use it as an import file? Or, is there any kind of data/file type to use as import for buildings and trees?
SAM's 3D Shade Calculator cannot import data from ArcGIS or other drawing tools. It does use its own file format (.s3d) to export and import data, but that format is not compatible with other software.
