Fixed Monthly Charge in Results

When I change the "Fixed Monthly Charge" in the Utility Tab, it has no impact on the results of the model run. Under the Tables results page, I can't find the "Fixed Monthly Charge" box to check if any values are being used by the model.
You can see the effect of the fixed monthly charge and all other rates and charges by looking at the "Year 1 houlry sales/purchases with system ($)" results variable. For example, this graph of hourly results is for a case where the only electricity rate is a fixed monthly charge of $100 (all other charges and rates are zero). You can see that the $100 charge happens in the last hour of each month.
