Edit Modules and Inverters

Is it possible to edit both module section and also inverter section, showing the equipment we currently use. Also, does the model account for the sun's position in Australia.
Yes, if you have manufacturer specifications from a data sheet for either the module or inverter you want to model, you can enter those specifications instead of choosing a module or inverter from a library. For modules, on the Module page, choose CEC Performance Model with User Entered Specifications. For inverters, on the Inverters page, choose Inverter Datasheet.
And, yes, if you use a weather file for a location in the southern hemisphere SAM will correctly calculate sun position. You must be sure to change the Azimuth (deg) value on the System Design page to 0 for a north-facing array.
