ISCCP Model with SAM software

Dear sirs,

I am working on a bid process for an ISCCP Project with 50 MW Solar Integration with Parabolic Trough technology. I would like to find out how to model the whole combined cycle whithin the tab "Power Cycle". I ask this because, at least in previous versions of SAM software, there was an equation to model the Steam Turbine an Auxiliaries performance depending on the thermal power delivered by the Solar Field.
But, in an ISCCP, the Combined Cycle is operating completely independent from the Solar Field and it is supposed to be at Base Load the most of the year.

Please, could you help me to model this ISCCP for Parabolic Trough Physical on SAM version 2014.11.24?
