Inverter MPPT voltage ranges

Hi Paul,

Can SAM model the effect of system POI power limit on array voltage?  Meaning can SAM show the inverter power tracking to raise array voltage due to AC power curtailment?

If not, is this capability planned for the future?

Hi Ben,

When the array DC power output exceeds the inverter DC power rating, SAM sets the inverter output power to the inverter AC power rating. It does not adjust the array voltage.

This approach ensures that the AC output power is represented correctly.
