Can't Register new version

I am also facing the same issues with the registration key and I just checked and I am no using a web proxy server to connect to the internet. How can I solve this?

On some computer screens, the Registration Information window that appears after you click the Confirm button is partially hidden, making the OK and Cancel buttons at the bottom of the window not visible. If that is the case with your computer, you can press your computer's Enter key to complete the registration (equivalent to clicking OK), or close the window to cancel registration. Here is what the entire window looks like:

This problem is caused by the window's dimensions being fixed with a height of 645 pixels, which exceeds the height of some screens. We've fixed the problem for the next version of SAM by making the window resizable.
