Central Receiver Plant Simulation Error

Good day

I'm having trouble with my simulation of a central receiver system. See attached. I imagine that it might be because the system is very small, however, I don't know how to remedy this.

Please assist.

To run your model, I'll need a copy of the weather file you used. In any case, the small size of the system may be the cause of the problem (see here for more on that), or there may be something wrong with the weather file.

You may want to run some tests with a larger system. If the model runs, try gradually scaling down the size until it fails. If simulations fail using your weather file with the larger system, try using the PV model with the weather file to see if simulations fail there too. If they do, there's probably a problem with the weather file.

I will attached the weather file. However, I don't think that the weather is the problem. I have used the same weather file for linear Fresnel and parabolic trough systems without any issues. Also, with larger central receiver systems the simulation runs perfectly fine.

The file you attached appears to be a summary of the data in the weather file, not the file itself.

I suspect the small size of the system is the problem.
