Cooling System

Hi Paul,

I have few questions regarding the cooling system module of SAM :
- evaporative condenser : we do not understand how you evaluate the turbine outlet steam temperature at design point from the Ref Condenser Water dT and approach temperature?
- hybrid : same question. and an additional one : What temperature should we specify in that case? Dry temperature or wet bulb ?

We are trying to design an optimized hybrid cooling system for a location with South-West USA weather conditions.
