SAM Use outside US

Is it possible to use SAM outside of US?
I am interested in solar projects in Turkey.
I cannot find it in the locations.
Is it possible to manually enter solar radiation and temperature data so that SAM can still be used for unspecified locations?

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I can only find thee weather data files for Istanbul Ankara and Izmir for Turkey.
However the best locations for PV systems are in other cities like Antalya, Adana, Mersin, Gaziantep.
There are websites selling the data but they are not cheap. Do you know any free sources where I can gather weather data for these cities?

I am not aware of other sources of weather data. You may want to inquire with meteorological or solar energy research organizations in your country to see if any free data is available.
