Financial incentives by State-For Solar

I am interested in getting a spreadsheet of financial incentives by state and federal financial incentives in the area of commercial DG. Also, could be helpful if a spreadsheet is available that can give a breakeven point for commercial solar systems by state.
Can you please help.

I am not aware of any spreadsheets with the data you are looking for. You will probably have to do your own research and analysis to compile data from different sources.
One source of information about incentives in the United States is the DSIRE website . 
As for breakeven points, you'll have to search the literature for this kind of analysis. For example, here are search results for the keyword "breakeven" on the NREL Publications database that gives some relevant results.
