Change Input Value Across Projects

Hi Paul,
I created three cases using the same parameters except for financing. I used 0%, 50% and 100% debt fractions for the three scenarios. When I do a compare between cases, I end up with the same payback periods for all three. I would expect a shorter period for the case with no financing, longer for 100%. Can you explain this?
