Is there a way to specify the 'capacity factor' on the SAM analysis.
For most of SAM's performance models, the capacity factor is a result of the simulation rather than an input that you specify. For a description of how SAM calculates the capacity factor, see the SAM help system:

The one exception is the Generic System model, where you specify the capacity factor as an input:
