Convert TMY2 to CSV or TMY3

My Question is from CSP TROUGH PHYSICAL weather data files. Can we convert tm2 file format to csv or tmy3?
You can use SAM's weather data viewer to export weather data to a CSV file. Here's how:

1. 
   On the Location and Resource page, choose the TMY2 or other weather file you want to convert from the list.
2. 
   Click View hourly data.
3. 
   Check the names of the data elements you want to convert. If you want to convert all of the data columns, you will need to do it in a few steps because the graph can only display data with two different units at a time.
4. 
   Right-click the graph.
5. 
   Click Save data to CSV.
6. 
   Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program.
7. 
   Clear the check boxes of the data elements you just exported, and check the names of any other data elements you want to convert.
8. 
   Right-click the graph, and click Copy data to clipboard.
9. 
   Paste the data from the clipboard into the spreadsheet from Step 6.
10. 
    Repeat Steps 7-9 until you have converted all of the data.
