What is the strategy to get the best combination or the best percentage of each thermal storage and fossil fill fraction that gives low LCOE ?

For SAM's CSP models that include storage, you can run a parametric study on the storage capacity and fossil fill fraction to find combinations that result in minimum LCOE.
