downloading file for Madrid and Almeria

Hello,

I would like to request kindly help me with the following issue:

I was trying to download the weather file for location outside USA i.e. for Spain and India, however, the system is continuously giving error which says that "Failed to download 10 KM satellite data weather file from NREL for your location". What should I do. I am in need of these two (Almeria and Madrid) weather files urgently. Kindly help me out with it.
