Thanks Paul,
This was a first time installation of the product so I don't believe there was a conflict with other versions. I believe is was an button versus version association issue. This morning I completely removed all prior downloads and installations and tried again. The download button is now associated with the correct version and I was able to download version SAM 2014.1.14. thanks again
