Hello? In the picture-1?what is the “Irradiation at design”?Is it the “DNI”or other ? What is the relationship between “Irradiation at design” and “Direct Normal?which is in the Picture-2?”?

Picture-1 shows the design point parameters. The irradiation at design value is the reference DNI, or the DNI at which the system operates at its design point. For example, a 100 MW system with a value of 950 W/m2 for irradiation at design would produce 100 MW of electricity when the actual DNI is 950 W/m2 (and the other reference parameters are met, including ambient temperature, etc.)
Picture-2 shows the summary of the data in the weather file. The direct normal radiation value in that picture is the sum of the hourly DNI values in the weather file.
For more details, please see SAM's Help system. For example, see see "Reference Weather Conditions for Field Sizing" in the SAM Help topic for the solar field: Best regards,

Paul.

Please see the Help topic I provided a link for in my original response. It describes two techniques that you can use to determine the reference DNI for any location.

Best regards,
Paul.
