Solar Position Algorithm

Hello,
Is there any revision of the algorithm that calculates the solar position of the sun between the information appeared in the document Solar Position Algorithm for Solar Radiation Applications (NREL/TP-560-34302) and the algorithm included in the last versions of SAM? Or this calculation has not been changed?

Hello,
SAM does not use the algorithm in the document you reference, and it uses different algorithms for the different performance models. For the CSP models, please see the references listed on the Performance Model Document page of this website. For the photovoltaic models, we are working on a draft reference manual that describes the algorithm, but it is not yet available.
