Procedure for download the direct normal irradiance hourly data

I am trying to developp a simulation with SAM for a thermosolar 50 Mw plant located in Ecuador : 4º 25' S and 80º 23'W with TCP collectors. Could you explain the way to obtain and include in SAM the radiation and weather data needed by the simulator?
