I am not able to see annual PV production. First time using this model, though have used others. I must not have some feature engaged. Can you review my file, or offer a suggestion?

Hello,
Please the Getting Started section in SAM's Help system , and make sure you followed all of the steps there. (You can also find the topic from SAM's Help menu, or by pressing the F1 key in Windows, or Command-? in OS X.)
If you still have trouble, feel free to attach a copy of your SAM file (.zsam) to your original message, and I will try to help.
Best regards,
Paul.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your message and offer to review my file. I will try your suggestions to work with the programs help topics and will let you know if I need further assistance. FYI, I can get the solar DC output to display, just not the solar AC monthly output.
Regards,
James

Dear James,
Please be sure that you did not set the value of one of the AC derate factors (on the Array page for the Flat Plate PV model) to zero. An AC derate factor of zero would cause the AC output to be zero when the DC output is not zero.
Best regards,
Paul.

That was it. I had both the step up transformer loss and Total interconnection de-rate set at zero. Once I changed those the monthly solar output populated. Thanks for all you help.

James
