Utility Rate Library was created by ddc123

Is there a way to pull utility rates from the utility rate library instead of the online website.

SAM does not include a built-in library of utility rates. You can either specify the rate structure by hand, or import a rate from the OpenEI database ( en.openei.org/wiki/Gateway:Utilities ).

(You specify the utility structure on the Utility Rate page, which is only available for the residential and commercial financing options.)
