Monte Carlo files missing?

sam.nrel.gov/cost has a section for Monte Carlo simulations but the two files that are linked in that section have broken links. I tried searching around to find those two files but was unsuccessful. Could someone repost them, please?

Thank you for pointing out those broken links. They should be fixed now.

When we updated the SAM website a few months ago, we managed to break some of the document links in the process. I think we've fixed most of them, but please continue to let us know when you find broken links.
