I noticed that the STION STO and STL modules are not in the SAM CEC library. They are listed as
eligible modules with CEC
. Can you please update the library to include those modules?
We update SAM's component libraries when we release new versions of the model, and from time to time, we issue updates in between releases. I'm not sure when we might release a new update, but you can always expect a lag between the time the CEC database is updated and when we update the SAM library.
In the meantime, you can model those modules (and any others) in SAM using the
CEC Performance Model with User Entered Specifications option on SAM's Module input page. You'll have to enter the datasheet parameters by hand.
SAM uses the same algorithm to generate the model coefficients from the datasheet parameters as the CEC, so you should get the same results as you would using parameters from the database.
