When i download sam2014.1.14 in windows 7 and run not perfect work and no icon in screen. now i am come back to Sam 2013. what the problem with this. thanhs

The version will not download on either Chrome of Safari. I am using a Mac. A message appears that the file is from an "Unknown developer"

On some web browsers, the download links do not appear on the Downloads after you log on to the website until after you refresh the page. Please try refreshing the page to see the links.

If you are using OS X Mavericks, you may need to hold down the Control key while clicking the SAM icon or right-clicking it and then clicking Open.

If you install more than one version of SAM on your computer, you may need to create separate icons for the different versions. Also, when you try to start SAM by double-clicking on a file name in Windows explorer, Windows may start a different version of SAM than you intend.

If you want to keep more than one version of SAM on your computer, you should consider starting SAM and then opening files using SAM's File menu so that you can be sure of what version of SAM you are using.

In Windows, you can find the different versions of SAM in the c:\SAM folder. Each version is stored as a completely separate application in a folder with the version number as its name.
