Importing Shading Masks was created by Paul Gilman

Can you create a shading mask that can be imported into SAM in another program besides PVsyst, SunEye, or SolarPathfinder such as Ecotect for example?
SAM's photovoltaic models can directly import shading files created by PVsyst, SunEye, and SolarPathfinder software, but not by other software such as Ecotect.
If you can export the shading factors from your software into one of the table formats that SAM can read (8,760 hourly, 12x24 month-by-hour, or solar azimuth by altitude), you should be able to cut and paste data into SAM.
