Failed to display HTML document in UTF-8 encoding RESOLVED! was created by Paul Gilman

When you start SAM, you may see an error message like the one below. This is caused by a problem with the way SAM communicates with the SAM website to display the notification messages on the Welcome window. You can ignore this message because it does not affect SAM simulations, and will not prevent SAM from running.
We are working to resolve this and a few other issues with the SAM website. We appreciate your patience!
