Windows browser does not let me download SAM on my Windows 8 system

Cannot download SAM on Windows 8; using Microsoft browser.
The error message is: the publisher of the prgram is unknown and it will harm your computer.

Any solutions?

Dear Dariush,
Your browser is trying to protect you from potentially malicious software. Does your browser give you an option to save the file anyway? If so, you should use that option to save the SAM installation file.
