In SAM 2012.12.2, for the Utility IPP and Commercial PPA financing options, the Help topic for the Financing page under "Federal and State Depreciation" shows the following incorrect equation:
Depreciable Basis = Total Installed Cost - ( Total ITC × 0.5 + Total IBI + Total CBI + Total PBI )
The correct equation is:
Depreciable Basis = Total Installed Cost + Total Construction Financing Cost - ( Total ITC × 0.5 + Total IBI + Total CBI + Total PBI )
The correct equation will appear in the next version of SAM.
