I'm a SAM newbie, but love the program so far!
We have a 100% tax exemption at our PV project site...where do I enter this value?

Welcome to the world of SAM!

If property tax does not apply to your project, set the property tax rate on the Financing page to zero. The property tax rate is rate is the variable named "Property Tax" with units of %/year.
